Problems in society have very diverse forms, therefore efforts are needed that can be made to create access to justice. In addition, the conditions and structures in society that are very diverse also have a significant impact on efforts to create class inequality, this condition is exacerbated by economic inequality, causing access to justice--especially for people with weak economic structures--to become difficult to get justice structural.
